During your visit, we assess your condition, complete an evaluation, and discuss your preferences, treatment and anesthesia options. When appropriate, observation of a prolonged condition may be considered as an option to surgery.
Scheduling Information: When you call our office, we will schedule your visit in a timely manner and our doctors will attempt to see you promptly when you arrive.
Similarly, the time for your appointment is reserved especially for you and we ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Financial Information: We accept cash, bank checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Care Credit. For details on Care Credit please visit carecredit.com.
Most of our services are billed to dental insurance carriers. We are providers with Delta Dental, United Concordia and Cigna. We will collect your estimated portion up front, and then will submit your claim for you.
Medical procedures, including biopsies and trauma, are fee for service, but we are happy to submit to your medical insurance carrier for you.
Please remember, you are fully responsible for fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
